About Cam

A coach who understands the starting line.

My approach to training comes from personal experience, professional education, and seven years working exclusively in fitness and gym management.

My Story

Fitness did not always feel easy to me.

I became a trainer because I know what it is like to struggle with healthy habits around food, exercise, and feeling comfortable in your own skin.

Over time, I learned that lasting health is not built through extreme plans. It is built through small habits repeated consistently. That realization changed my life, led me to leave a successful career in technology, and inspired me to earn my certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)—one of the industry’s most respected organizations for evidence-based personal training education.

Today, I help clients build strength, improve mobility, and gain confidence through realistic, sustainable habits that fit their lifestyle.
