I have never worked with a personal trainer before. Is that okay?
Absolutely. Many clients are starting for the first time or returning after years away. We begin at your current fitness level and progress at a pace that feels safe, clear, and sustainable.
Do I need to be in shape before we start?
No. You do not need to prepare before reaching out. My job is to meet you where you are and help you build strength, confidence, and consistency from there.
What happens during the first meeting?
We talk through your health history, goals, concerns, and training experience. Then we do a shortened workout so I can see how you move and understand what kind of plan will fit you best.
Do you work with adults over 50?
Yes. Many clients are over 50 and want to improve strength, balance, mobility, and independence. Programs are adjusted to your goals, experience, and comfort level.
How often should I train?
Most clients do well with two or three sessions per week, but the right schedule depends on your goals, availability, and starting point.
What if I have old injuries or limitations?
We will discuss limitations before training and build your plan around how your body moves today. The goal is better movement, not pushing through pain.
Do you provide nutrition guidance?
Yes. Nutrition support is focused on practical habits and consistency, not restrictive dieting or perfection.
How does scheduling work?
Sessions are purchased in packages of 10 or 15. I ask clients to schedule at least three days in advance so we can lock in a session time.
Is the first session free?
Yes. Your first consultation and introductory workout are complimentary so we can make sure working together feels like the right fit.
