Where Sessions Happen
I typically train clients in the fitness facility inside their downtown condo building, so there is no commute, no crowded commercial gym, and no guesswork. If your home is a better setting, I can also bring the same personal, structured coaching directly to you.

You will not be judged, rushed, or expected to know what to do before we begin.
Programming can emphasize strength, stability, mobility, and quality of movement.
Sessions are personalized to your schedule, goals, training space, and long-term priorities.
Packages
Clients purchase sessions in packages of 10 or 15. Sessions can be used as needed and are scheduled at least three days in advance to lock in your time.
